Cartons

A carton is simply a box which folds flat. In this section, we deal with board cartons. Board is the material which, for example, is used to make cereal packets and some trade terms for it are: sheet board, kraft board, chipboard (both lined and unlined) - but, in the public domain, it is normally referred to simply as cardboard.

Cartons can be produced in different thickness board (in minimum runs of 500 pieces) as well as: clear acetate; polypropylene; pvc; corrugated board; and fluted board. As we hold stock sizes of flat folding cartons in three different boards, if you are are looking for small quantities (below 500) take a look at things like our white flat folding boxes and our brown flat folding boxes.

Corrugated Boxes

Corrugated boxes are available generally in white or brown. They feature standard flap closures or self-locking lids or even seperate lift off lids. We can custom make most styles although generally there is a minimum order of 250 and in some cases tooling costs of approx £140. Clear Boxes

Our clear boxes are simple to errect from flat and are available with either hinged (tuck in closures) or lift-off lids. These can be custom made from various grades of PVC and require a minimum order level of 100 for boxes with lift-off lids and 500 for flat folding boxes. We do however carry a large stock of clear boxes there may be a size to suit your needs.
