Orders

It may be better to order direct via our online shop as our telephone can be extremely busy during the day.

Urgent Orders / Deadlines

If you have a deadline to meet please inform us of the details and we will do our very best to satisfy your requirements.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the following working day (Monday - Friday). normal cut off time is 12 noon for processing express (same day dispatched), pre 10am or pre-noon deliveries. should you miss this cut off time please contact us by telephone on 01295 788522 and we will do our very best to help. items are sent as standard on a 24 courier service, which operates monday - friday, so if an order is dispatched on friday the delivery day will be monday. (see below for areas outside Mainland UK)

Dispatch From Premises

We aim to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.

We aim to dispatch all goods by the following working day (monday - friday). we will always display our current dispatch times on our homepage. orders placed over the weekend will be processed as if placed on the following monday. orders placed on a bank holiday will also be processed on the following working day.

If you require a 'non-stock item' (e.g. printing or custom-made boxes) we recommend that under normal circumstances, you allow a few weeks for production and delivery with this time rising during the christmas rush period.

Delivery Information

We use the most cost effective service (according to weight/urgency). parcels under 1.25 kg. are normally sent using the daily first class postage system. parcels over 1.25 kg. are sent via parcelforce with the 24 hour service from the date of dispatch. if you have an urgency for your order please state this at the time of order.

For really urgent parcels we do use the parcelforce pre noon / pre 10am services, if operated in your area (please see conditions below). please note that all parcels are sent 'sign on delivery' and will not automatically be left without a signature! If you indicate the parcel is to be left anywhere without a signature when ordering, it will be at your own risk and the responsibility of the parcel is then yours, any loss will then not be refundable. Alternatively clients can arrange their own carrier to collect parcels from us.

All parcels are restricted to maximum of 30 kilos.

Please note we cannot ship to a PO Boxes, please provide a full postal address.

Free Delivery Option

If you run a business within the Banbury area, we can deliver your goods free of carriage. we cannot deliver at this time to residential addresses. Please call us to confirm you are within the designated area.

All orders for this service need to be made manually on the phone as our on-line shop will still charge for delivery. our delivery days are tuesdays and thursdays.

All orders need to be received before 5pm on monday for tuesday delivery and before 5pm on wednesday for thursday delivery. any orders placed and required on the day of delivery may still be accepted and may incur extra charges. we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, all deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm. if you decide not to keep the products and wish to return them for a refund, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

Please note that all parcels are delivered 'sign on receipt' and will not automatically be left without a signature ! if you wish the parcel to be left it can be at your own risk and the responsibility of the parcel is then yours. alternatively clients can arrange their own carrier to collect parcels from us.

We have standardized the postal charge at:

• Up to 750 grams - £2.52
• 751 grams to 1250 grams - £4.52

Parcelforce

All standard deliveries operate Monday to Friday, so if a parcel is dispatched on a Friday it will be received on Monday.

• Standard mainland deliveries sent on a 24 hour service (from day of dispatch) = £6.95 up to 30 kilos
• All mainland express deliveries (packed & sent same day as long as item ordered before 12 noon) = £9.20 up to 30 kilos
• Next day mainland pre 12 noon delivery = £15.00 up to 30 kilos. (subject to postcode area, items need to be ordered before 12 noon)
• Next day mainland pre 10 am = £17.50 up to 30 kilos. (subject to postcode area, items need to be ordered before 12 noon)
• For Saturday delivery uk mainland = £21.00 up to 30 kilos. (must be ordered by 12noon on friday)

Republic of Ireland

• All parcels sent on 48 hour service (from day of dispatch) = £13.20 up to 30 kilos.
• Airmail signed for service will be 3-5 days and is not trackable = £10.38up to 1 kilo.

If you have a valid e.u. vat number the online shop will now accept these to ensure your exemption from paying the current rate.
If you do not hold a valid e.u. number you'll be charged at the current rate of on the cost of your goods and carriage.

Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

Royal Mail standard service will be 3-5 days and is not trackable.

Please note: Some remote locations can take up to 3 - 4 days to arrive from date of dispatch.

USA & Canada

We have negotiated new competitive shipping costs to the united states and canada. we will be able to give you an exact postage price when you place your order, but as a guide, these are the postal charges for a selection of weight bands:

• Up to 4 kilos = £26.50
• Up to 10 kilos = £39.50
• Up to 20 kilos = £52.60
• Up to 30 kilos = £67.00

The Rest of the World

• Prices according to weight on application.

Please note that the prices you will see and pay for in our online shop are also subject to volumetric weight or actual weight. therefore, these prices may alter if you are buying large bulky items as the volumetric will be greater than the actual weight. we will of course advise you of any increase or decrease in the charge of carriage and arrange a refund to the card used for purchase.
