Printed Carriers

Please Note: Our Carriers for orders over (1000) are produced with Photo-Degradable Polythene as standard, this product has a 12 month shelf life, we can produce on Standard Polythene if required, please ask for details when ordering or read more Read more here.

We can print as few as 500 carriers with your logo or business name.

It is a very effective and inexpensive way of advertising and, will give your clients a constant reminder of your company.

General Information

Artwork

What we mean is, simply a copy of what you would like printed on the carrier, be it your logo, address or general information.

We would like your artwork to be sent as one of the following: Adobe illustrator or photo shop/ EPS file PC.

If you have a graphic designer working for you please get them to mention your contact details when forwarding your artwork.

Printing Plate

Orders of 500 bags printed 1 colour on 1 or 2 sides, only require 1 plate at £39.50.

Orders of 1000 bags or more require 1 plate per colour per side at £39.50 each.

Ink Colours

With a run of 500 we can print in any of the following single colours: Black, Purple, Burgundy, Red, Dark Brown, Bottle Green, Royal Blue, Orange, Magenta & Sky Blue. Gold or Silver charged at £10 per 1000 bags extra.

We can print any type face or font as long as it is not graded or shaded.

In order to run small quantities (500) we use a hand fed machine however, the finish is not as sharp as our reel to reel system (1000+).

Bag Colours

On runs of 500 we can offer the following standard colours: Black, Beige,Burgundy,Navy Blue,Gold, Harrods Green, Ivory, Silver, Red, Yellow, Apple Green, Sky Blue, Bottle Green, Orange, Pink and also White.

Thickness

8 x 12" = 200 gauge.

All other bags have a 180/360 varigauge.

24 x 22" = 350 gauge.

For 1000 bags or more we use a mechanical (reel to reel) system where we can

A) Use other colour inks (pantone colours).

B) Print graded or shaded areas.

C) Print large areas of solid colours.

D) Ensure a higher quality print finish.

E) Print in 2 or more colours (at an extra cost).
