This is the inexpensive 'crinkly' one. Although these are thin to touch they are capable of holding about 10 kilos (20lbs).

 

The small size is available in white and the other sizes are supplied in mixed red and white or blue and white stripes.

This style of carrier can be printed, however, there is a minimum order of 25,000 bags.
