Foil Printing

This process uses extremely thin coloured metal foils that are transferred to your bag or box by using a heated printing plate. There are many colours of foil including gloss and matt finishes, e.g gold, silver, red, blue, green, bronze, black and white.

Single colour is the norm, however, two colours are possible. Foil can be printed onto almost any surface or material.

Litho Printing

This process uses water based inks available in a huge range of pantone colours.

Anything from one to full-colour printing, including shading. This is mostly used on board boxes.

Flexi-Graphics

This process uses water based inks available in a huge range of pantone colours.

Available in many pantone colours up to two colour print. Mostly used for corrugated board boxes.

Screen Printing

This process uses water based inks available in many colours, can be printed in up to four colours.

Can be used on several different materials

Flexo Printing

This process uses a flexible printing plate (hence the name) on a roller press, we use this type of printing mainly for small runs of paper and polythene carriers.

Inks can be either water or oil based, according to application.

Alternatives!

For those requiring small quantities, i.e crafts people, or even those looking for something a bit different.

Any box or paper carrier with a non gloss surface can be painted using emulsion paints. Try a brush, roller, or even spraying.

Cut out your name or logo in a tough thin cardboard and use this as a stencil!

Rubber stamping your details has a really good effect and can be done just as you require them (i.e behind a stall). We can supply many sizes of stamps and many colours of ink pads. All-over stamping can look excellent.

Sign your own name using a thick marker pen to personalize your item. If it is a black box / bags then a gold or sliver pen is really effective.
