Free Delivery Option
If you run a business within the Oxfordshire area, we may be able to deliver your goods on our free delivery round. Please call us to confirm you are within the designated area (minimum order levels may apply).
All orders for this service need to be made manually on the phone as our on-line shop will still charge for delivery. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, all deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm. If you decide not to keep the products and wish to return them for a refund, you may be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Please note that all parcels are delivered ‘sign on receipt’ and will not automatically be left without a signature. Alternatively clients can arrange their own carrier to collect parcels from us.
Urgent Orders / Deadlines
If you have a deadline to meet please inform us of the details and we will do our very best to satisfy your requirements.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the following working day (Monday – Friday). Normal cut off time is 12 noon for processing express (same day dispatched), pre 10am or pre-noon deliveries. Should you miss this cut off time please contact us by telephone on 01295 788522 and we will do our very best to help. Items are sent as standard on a 24 courier service, which operates monday – friday, so if an order is dispatched on friday the delivery day will be monday. (see below for areas outside Mainland UK)
Dispatch From Premises
We aim to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.
We aim to dispatch all goods by the following working day.
We will always display any delays on the top of this page. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as if placed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will also be processed on the following working day.
If you require a ‘non-stock item’ (e.g. printing or custom-made boxes) we recommend that under normal circumstances, you allow a few weeks for production and delivery with this time rising during the christmas rush period.
We use the most cost effective service (according to weight/urgency). Parcels under 1kg. are normally sent using the daily first class postage system. Parcels over 1kg. are sent via parcelforce with the 24 hour service from the date of dispatch. If you have an urgency for your order please state this at the time of order.
For really urgent parcels we do use the parcelforce pre noon / pre 10am services, if operated in your area (please see conditions below). Please note that all parcels are sent ‘sign on delivery’ and will not be left without a signature. You will be able to track your parcel if you supply us with an email addresss or mobile phone number. Alternatively clients can arrange their own carrier to collect parcels from us.
All parcels are restricted to maximum of 30 kilos. Postage rates are calculated at the checkout stage (based on size and weight of order placed).
Please note we cannot ship to a PO Boxes, please provide a full postal address.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to The Bag N Box Man Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available, Sale Items will show the stock quantity we have available.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “Make Payment” during the ordering process. Any items incorrectly ordered can be returned at your own cost to us within 7 days of receipt.
If your ordered item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. We aim to despatch all orders by the following working day. It is important that this address is accurate. Goods will not be left without a signature.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
The Company must be advised of any defects as soon as they are discovered by the Buyer who shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected on or before 48 hours of delivery.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items. In any case we guarantee your satisfaction, all of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. Please note sale items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
If goods you have ordered are not suitable, within 7 days of receipt you may return them to us at your cost. They must be returned with the original paperwork and in the same condition as when they were dispatched, we will then arrange a refund. If goods are returned damaged, we reserve the right to make a charge. Please note sale or custom made items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note samples are not returnable.
We do charge for this service as we have around 2,000 requests for samples every year! Samples are chargeable at the single rate + carriage. This will be refunded on orders placed in excess of £100, except for specially produced samples for which prices are available on written quotation.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior warning. For larger orders we will endeavour to contact and inform you of any price increases. All prices are excluding carriage and VAT at the current rate. VAT will be charged to all EEC destinations if your VAT number is not supplied.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the current rate of VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
We do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties other than when the order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
