“Packaging is the icing on the cake” explains Emma, “it allows my work to arrive to its destination safely and with style”.  Emma sells her handmade work in galleries and online and packaging is an extremely important part to each textile piece. Emma uses various packaging items from us such such as the Brown Gift Boxes and our Mail Lite Padded Envelopes.

Emma Corry is a textile designer and maker, who lives in Milton, Oxfordshire. Emma creates beautiful pieces using free hand machine embroidery on her sewing machine, with carefully chosen new and upcycled fabric with attention to design, detail and colour.

Emma can be found each day sewing in her studio, overlooking the Oxfordshire countryside and surrounded by a growing range of decorations, pictures, cards and storage solutions.  Each design is sewn by Emma using multiple layers of cloth, which are cut away using sharp scissors, to reveal a collage of shape and colour. Emma’s latest collection of 100% wool storage pots (can be seen below), each is decorated with unique designs of stitched sewing essentials, desk equipment, scissors and safety pins.

Emma Corry Designs beautiful work is encapsulated in these photos, where you can see her artistry and skill coming through. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
