Clear and Transparent Delivery Pricing

We do not inflate the cost of our goods to incorporate the price of postage. This is unfair for you, the consumer. What we do is charge the lowest price we can for our items, and then charge you as close to cost price wherever possible to cover the cost of physically sending you the items you purchased.

We have negotiated a great deal with our courier, and this allows us to give you a great price on shipping. Put simply, we charge you what it costs us and you pay the best price for the products you order.

Orders

It may be better to order direct via our online shop as our telephone lines can be extremely busy during the day.

Free Delivery Option

If you run a business within the Oxfordshire area, we may be able to deliver your goods on our free delivery round. Please call us to confirm you are within the designated area (minimum order levels may apply).

All orders for this service need to be placed over the phone as our on-line shop will automatically charge for delivery.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, all deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm. If you decide not to keep the products and wish to return them for a refund, you may be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

Please note that all parcels are delivered ‘sign on receipt’ and will not automatically be left without a signature. Alternatively clients can arrange their own carrier to collect parcels from us.

Urgent Orders / Deadlines

If you have a deadline to meet please inform us of the details and we will do our very best to satisfy your requirements.

We aim to despatch all orders on the following working day (Monday to Friday, not including public or Bank Holidays). Normal cut off time is 12 noon for processing express (same day¬†despatched), pre 10am or pre-noon deliveries. Should you miss this cut off time please contact us by telephone on 01295 816008 and we will do our very best to help. Items are sent as standard on a 24 courier service, which operates Monday to Friday, not including public or Bank Holidays, so if an order is despatched on Friday the delivery day will be Monday. For areas outside of “Mainland UK” this may be longer.

Despatch From Premises

We aim to get the goods to you as quickly as possible. We aim to despatch all goods by the following working day depending on availability.

We will always display any known delays on the top of any of our web pages. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as if placed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday or public holiday will also be processed on the following working day.

If you require a ‘non-stock item’ (e.g. printing or custom-made boxes) we recommend that under normal circumstances you allow a few weeks for production and delivery, with this time increasing significantly during the Christmas rush period, which can start as early as September.

Delivery Information

We use the most cost effective service (according to weight/urgency). Parcels under 1kg are normally sent using the daily first class postage system. Parcels over 1kg are sent via ParcelForce with the 24 hour service from the date of despatch. If you have an urgency for your order please state this at the time of order.

For really urgent parcels we do use ParcelForce pre-noon and /or pre-10am services, if operated in your area. Please note that all parcels are sent ‘sign on delivery’ and will not be left without a signature. You will be able to track your parcel if you supply us with an email address or mobile phone number, you will be given tracking details at the time of despatch. Alternatively clients can arrange their own carrier to collect parcels from us, please call us on 01295 816008 to arrange this.

All parcels are restricted to maximum of 30 kilos. Carriage rates are calculated at the checkout stage (based on size and weight of order placed).

Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box, please provide a full residential or business postal address.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and you will be given the option to cancel, wait or choose an alternative.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “Make Payment” during the ordering process on our website. Any items incorrectly ordered can be returned at your own cost to us within 7 days of receipt in their original, undamaged and in a resale-able condition.
